PRIVATE TRAINING

The training at Chain Fitness is unique because of the vast number of methods I combine to create my own philosophy of training, which is NEVER to adhere to the status quo.  I combine a variety of old school and new school techniques, while also incorporating whatever else I can think of to create new and exciting ways to get in shape. I do everything I can to make the workout more fun and enjoyable than any other kind of exercise or training that my clients have ever done in the past.  And I NEVER have tunnel vision when it comes to new trends or new stylish workouts. I take what works from all of ‘em and leave the rest, while making my own path in the process.


I tend to focus on exercises and movements that will translate to the every day lives of my clients (functional training).  Not only do I want my clients to reach and surpass their desired goals; I truly want them to improve their entire selves.  During training, I work with my clients on everything from cardiovascular work to muscular work, while also focusing on balance and flexibility.  All while building on character and elevating the overall mood of the client.  Together, we hit training from ALL directions. After taking a look at what you do in your every day life and what your individual goals are, we create a custom and unique program for you that will take you to another level of yourself.


You can be someone that’s never stepped foot into a gym or you can be a professional athlete. I love training people from all walks of life and that’s what I do.  The reward I get from hearing someone - who is so happy that they have tears in their eyes – explain to me what an impact I’ve made on their health and overall life - is absolutely amazing. And with my sport specific training – the reward I get from watching an athlete crush their opponent is another amazing feeling. That’s why I do it ALL. My clients are held very close to my heart and seeing them succeed puts a huge smile on my face. It’s what I am in this industry for.
